1. Acceptance of Terms

FoxDesk AI is a product of Company Makhzoun Al Khaleej Commercial. By accessing or using FoxDesk AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FoxDesk AI provides a customer support platform including live chat, email management, social media integration, knowledge base, and AI-powered support tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious content or software

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as our merchant of record. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or store using our services.

7. Data Processing

When you connect Shopify or another customer-data source, you are the controller or business and FoxDesk is your processor or service provider. You instruct us to process that data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the services described in these terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. We do not sell Shopify customer data, use it for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you provide and for any recipients or integrations you configure. Our Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, processors, security controls, retention periods, deletion process, and privacy-request assistance that apply to this processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxDesk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion. Account deletion has a seven-day cancellation period before the account and its associated records are permanently deleted, subject to legal retention duties and the backup-retention periods stated in our Privacy Policy.
