2. Free Trial

FoxDesk AI offers a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you can explore all features without charge. No payment is collected during the trial period, so no refund is necessary if you choose not to continue.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@foxdeskai.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Plan Downgrades and Cancellations

If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period.
